Review:
Although a good superhero movie, it fails to deliver something new
to the Superman franchise. The beginning of the movie is quite dragging but
once the movie picks up its pace, you get hauled into outer space and around
earth in a fast paced action sequence.
While the Clark and Lois in this movie lack chemistry, ladies would be
satisfied with the typical shy and brooding way Cavill portrayed Superman. Of
note are the brilliant special effects and spectacular "super fight" scenes which make you
go "ooooh" and "aaaahh" through the remainder of the film.
Fave
Character:
Michael Shannon as General Zod (so wonderously stereotypically bad)
Least Liked
Character:
Amy Adams as Lois Lane (not the spit-fire
character Lois should be)
Fave Quote:
General Zod: (slowly rising) I was bred a warrior. Where were you trained… A
farm?!! (sheds armor and levitates ala
“sailormoon” style)
Fave Scene:
Fight
scene between Kal-El and two Kryptonian warriors
